An extra two months AFTER three months past initial timeline makes you wonder how India ever gets anything done. After our experience you would run a mile before starting negotiations to do business with this crew. What exactly will our management do with all the spare time they now have thanks to the board of nlc and why on earth do they need 2 months more than the other two partners has to be asked. Won't buy can't sell but not paying interest on borrowed money at least.
