I agree he got a strong proxy vote but does that reflect approval of him? or does it reflect the slap in the face to the knob of an investor who called the meeting to remove three directors, only to sell their shares to the takeover group (who supported the three directors). The whole farce of the investor's holding deserved to get that reaction but I am yet to see what the directors are going to do to get the share price back on track.

Just saying you are opposed to the deal without giving critical and informed reasons is just gutless!
