mfs relisting, page-19

I think all of us have been bored.

Been a long wait for us all.

But the good news is, MFS is running out of time.

The MFS EGM is 1 week from today in melbourne.

There we find out the business review.

I actually think this will be announced before the EGM, like around wednesday or thursday this week.

Hopefully also we get a full break down of the account so we get a clear snapshot of how bad or not so bad it is in terms of their financial position.

Also.....MFS has now been ORDERED to open their bookx the QLD Government public Trustee so whether MFS like it or not....they basically have to complete, lodge and declare their full financial position.

After they do this, there should be an automatic relisting of MFS on the market.

MFS surely could not stop the relisting then. What other reason could stop the relisting?

The only thing i can imagine is if they say "nope sorry....we are not solvent and are going into administration.....we just cant pull out of this mess".

In that case....in comes the creditors to vulture pick what they can and shareholders are last in line and we visit www.delisted.com.au

I am actually optimistic now of MFS's return to the market with a good plan how to turn around a bunch of bad decisions.....albeit a slow turn around.
