The AFR is saying
Gascoyne Resources has hired Perth stockbrokers Hartleys and Argonaut Securities to oversee an equity raising.
The brokers launched a $15 million placement on Thursday morning, which was able to be increased to as much as $19 million, and would be followed by a share purchase plan to raise up to another $5 million.
Gascoyne was proposing to issue new shares at 30¢ each which was a 16.7 per cent discount to its last close.
