This statement from PC might be the first indication of why the time-frame for the ICC has slipped. Seems it could be a deliberate ploy to squeeze FAR on funding. Nice of PC to show his hand. Happy for FAR too stay quiet but would love an announcement that says FAR have sourced funding for SNE. All the pressure on WPL then.
