Flight, IMHO BPT has more, a hell of a lot more than what AZA has.

To the contrary, and if he wants Baska Manta, he knows that there is something there that he really wants. He has the knowledge to bring Baska Manta to it's full potential, something that AZA and BPT have been having a lot of problems with. We all know that the Baska Manta has been capable of pumping at least 20k bopd. Not a small fry by any means and it could IMO, with a lot of expertise, be improved further, although these are my thoughts at this stage of the game.
