With an IRR of 38% @ $US70 oil for SNE (at FID 2Q 2019), as per WPL advice, I expect FAR would not have great difficulty raising funds.
If PC wanted to put FAR in a difficult spot he shouldn't be broadcasting his cunning plan, he should surprise FAR with an unexpected funding requirement. Very strange behaviour.
