I wasn't looking to be excited by the result, but wanting a solid continuation of what they had started a few years ago.
I agree with the H2 revenue, but other than that, everything was very much on track.
The cashflow and asset management was strong and there were no real surprises.
The 12.5% rise in share price was indeed a pleasant surprise, but if the BRG management continue with their vision, the company will continue on its upward journey (with the share price bouncing around a bit, no doubt). The management team are proving their worth and happy to have BRG as a significant part of my portfolio.
