I think it is time for WPL to start putting pressure on COP ,after all the where the sellers ,unless there is more to the sale ,that they are trying to keep quite about ,which i believe there is .I don,t think PE will happen a deal will be done .It does not matter what Cathy said ,If a deal is put on the table we need to look at it and end this bullshit .
