They don't pay per trade . They pay a block annual fee and can trade as much as they like .( I once saw a figure - $80000 - Don't know if that is accurate as it was a few years ago ) . Unlike you and me who have to pay for each trade . Doesn't seem fair as they can manipulate the trading .
