I noticed in PC's commentary that he said WPl have rights under their title and they will exercise them to protect their title.
Not sure what rights he was referring to or if he is just bluffing.
Could WPL pull a force majuer type of right or could they just delay FID and trudge off to the ICC if Senegal tries to kick them off the JV?
Without knowing all of the ins and outs of the JOA etc it is hard to know what rights PC was referring to or if he is just bluffing.
