The people who prepared the report expected that the department would do this but they think that the report is so comprehensive that the further information should be minor and easy to fulfill.
I bloody hope so too.
One has to wonder what to goal of the department is.
Words fail to express the sentiment that I now have towards the beaurocratic process that we face.
Just as an example .... friends of mine in a small rural town had their house burn down as a result of a failure of a "smart metre" ... electrical fault.
They were insured and have been trying to get a permit from the local council tobuild a new home.
They own a caravan and were denighed permission to live in the van on their own property until a new house was built and were threatened with prosecution.
They have been held up for over 6 months with the building permit due to a law that says that you cannot have a septic tank line with in 50 metres of a dam.
The dam is at a level of 2 metres above the level of the septic lines.
Last time I tried water didnot run up hill.
IN my opinion the inability of the Health officer to interpret the physical landscape is a disgrace.
