Not that easy to sell up. No one will buy the CRE portfolio. The market disappeared completely months ago. Someone would only buy the CRE portfolio at such a discount that equity would be wiped out. On the property side leverage is so high that taking a discounted price on the property would also wipe out the equity. Remember there are lots of people around the world now trying to do "an orderly commercial property sell off" so prices must fall. Rubicon need to sell a couple of properties at close to BV and refinance short term debt with the proceeds then carefully manage the CRE portfolio
