In order to understand the company fully, we need to be fed with info that is reliable and reasonable from the management. Thats the key point of corporate governance. But that's exactly what has been lacking from the AHZ management. 2 CR within 3 months should raise a big red flag for any investor.
speculative or not doesn't mean a company can just suck shareholders money. They still bear legal responsibIlIties to the shareholders.
