I have seen Scintilla Capital on a few asx companies
and high in the top 20s.
Impressed with Carl also in the above clip.
I sold a few with the the opposite impression.
Looks like a doer instead of a waffler.
All seems on track.
Even the small cap raise to pay for RISC for now
makes good business sense.
