True but CNP's debts are primarily unsecured if I remember correctly. The banks would take a massive loss and send their own SP's into the abyss. Not to mention all those sticky questions CEO's and executives would have to answer including what about all the other Co's in trouble who have far less assets? Can't see them closing them down - might as well write off their years preformance at the same time perhaps. And what about their bonuses...LOL.
