They call Cu Doctor Copper because of its pervasive use world wide, so Cu is said to give an overall indication regarding the health of the hard commodities (base metals), but my view is tempered by the fact that Sunrise is a Ni project with Co (and Sc) credits.
And as I said before there is an impending supply shortfall looming in the Ni market, which could well make Ni diverge from other base metals.
