Iran (Persians) historically Zoroastrian and a monarchy until 1979 have had Islam imposed on them. Many religious minorities including the bahai’s have had their basic human rights stripped.

The majority want nothing less than regime change. In fact there was a democratically elected president in the 50’s (look up mosadegh) who was ousted by the western backed Shah at the time.

I pray that the regime is braught to an end so the people can finally advance and make great contributions to the world as their ansesotors were once renowned.
