Need a lot of home work to get $900m sunk into something.
a $10m- $20 demo plant working for a few years may be the way to go. A few hundred thousand dollars here and there will not achieve the engineeng required to get to BFS. Lab scale solutions are a first step. Industrial scale demos (just like INL are doing for their residual project in Zn and Lead_) is what is required. .
As I see it , at the current pace there is years (if not decades) of work required. Now may be Minerals Finance Corporation (MFC) may help. One problen, their labs are in Canada.
