Just to clarify some information posted this morning, as also confirmed by management.
T12 Holdings Pty Ltd is trading. There are no issues of bankruptcy. There are no issues of insolvency. The notice clearly states that "This notice does not mean that the company was deregistered."
The notice was dated 29 May 2018. We are in August, past the 2 months notice date. There was an announcement dated 16th August. QBL's accountants, the Edward's accountants, the Board of QBL and the management team are all clear that T12 Holdings Pty Ltd is ALL OK!
