Unless the shareprice rises dramatically (and who know it might), the dilution will be more than double in my opinion. If I stick in $1bill, how many shares do I get with SP at 28c? How many do I get with SP at 50c? How much is the dilution in each of these cases?
Personally, I think an injection is the best solution for CNP. This does not mean its the best solution for shareholders.
