The only thing that we all need to do is just wait for the ICC hearing. There is only one company that knows the full extent of the documentation that was provided to FAR. It will all come down to the documentation in the end and no one on this thread can determine the chance of success or failure. Those that put a 5% chance of FAR winning are fooling themselves as much as those that say FAR will win. No one on this thread is privy to the documents and therefore every single one of us is guessing. There are always two sides to a story and having experienced court cases in the past through my work, you will get 5 different opinions from 5 different lawyers, what matters is, what does the judge think with the evidence that is presented too them, that's all.
