who knows? Let us hope they actually announce something positive tomorrow...
and if there is going to be an extension, I would think the management should ask for another small "token" amount ($100K???) for keeping the deal on while the buyer arrange for the big $$$... that will be the best thing other than an actual completion of the deal...
