So WPL's options if FAR wins;
1. Allow FAR to PE. Lose the license, but get their money back including what they have spent since the "purchase".
2. Have a dummy spit, lose the licence, and don't get any money back (the tally will be around $600m USD so far and rising). That would be a big impact on their near term growth runway, and from memory, the writedown would be roughly equivalent to a full years profit.
You can understand why PC's perceived "noise" is getting a little louder....
