'material fundraising' - what on earth does that mean? Doesn't say CR...
Also, why the need to raise funds if they are about to get a $2m loan? (from a company likely to proceed to a takeover bid - or at least from the board perspective they should be likely, otherwise the DD will be turning up something untoward).
