Is there any certainty to when this article was published.
Saw this on another thread, and googled the article heading.
It's dated to be Sep 28, 2017 - however, i'm not able to find the 'date' on the article it self. Hence it's proving to be rather difficult to accurately determine its date.
It's an interesting read - but can be sure if it was indeed published 'after' the MS article regarding oversupply.
