I actually don't have much of an issue with the loan to buy shares which as you point out will put Lindsay under some pressure to get the SP up (or maybe just down before each AGM), but with the backdating of his pay. How is this incentivising him?
On the positive putting out an announcement like this must mean we are about to get some good news on the Torrens project.
