Not sure what date is used for the start of the interest accumulation at least interest rates have been very low.
I am not a legal eagle.
But am thinking that they will eventually have to pay something if not all.
Which after the appeal is heard and then judgment is given and costs and interest and payment terms are worked out it will be in 2019.
I would forget about the second us40 million that will never get paid as they will never mine from these leases, they will mine from the extended solid energy assets instead.
