The wait is problematic in that without the $5m loan (that they can't access now I wouldn't think), they had $4.4m in the bank at the end of the last quarter. At the rate they are going in 5 weeks there will be literally no money left, plus a loan of $5m will need to be paid.
They don't have forever. They don't even have a month.
