Where is the DFS?, page-10

the COY themselves said it was due to be completed before the end of July.......and this was said right in the middle of the BAPE blow-up.........so yes, would have to think DFS is done and locked away (pending review)......what is less clear is what the COY agreed to at the Govt meeting back in early July.....that was when I would have thought they would have self-nominated for BAPE (if they were going to)........and you would think that would be market sensitive due to timeline delays so one can only assume they are not self-referring and now slugging it out.

I do not think there is a BAPE/no BAPE decision date yet because it sounds as though they have NOT yet made the applications to the Environment Department for permits, so cannot yet be officially be told they have to do BAPE or not.
