Yeah the fact it's unexplained is also another negative signal come to think of it. I held Blackmores shares for years and the chairman (and son or grandson of the founder) Maurice Blackmore I think it was sold a substantial chunk of shares - somewhere in the order of 10,000 I think.
But what made that different was the really clear and "non-spun" explanation he put out to the media at the same time which was along the lines of "I'm getting on in years and want to build an amazing boat" - share price barely moved and most people appreciated the candour.
