No amount of smiling and positive thinking will change the situation either, what is the issue exactly with people highlighting issues? That you don't like to hear it?

Management may well be doing their best, unfortunately the market is screaming that their best isn't good enough. Trying and failing is ok. Biting off more than you can chew, leaving yourself with no contingencies, that's not good risk management. IPO doesn't appear to be priced in, but I figure we're all in the dark, market wouldn't know how to price it anyway, thanks to the stellar reporting we've come to know and love.
