ZZZZZ1 sends RCH punters his regards from the slammer.

Do not panic over the share price, the limp dong beaters who are selling have no understanding of what is coming down the track.

Further, he recommends you take this opportunity to top up.

He has prepared this table (scroll down) during his time in the slammer where he has been unfairly sent for slagging off at Pastel on the

GDA site. Pastel resides on the BMY site and you may like to sample his posts to understand why zzzzz1 and likatiger

(both sent to the cooler) flamed him.

    Anyway

The following table is a list of the serious current and would be primary Moly producers in the West. By primary it is meant

that the list doesn't doesn't include miners who produce Moly as a bi product of say copper mining for example. The bi product

producers make up 60% of the market and will produce Moly no matter what the price. They are a permanent fixture and include

companies such as RIO and BHP and major Chilian copper producers. This table are the swing producers where grade

is critical and price of Moly is critical.

You will note where RCH is on the table and that is just their average grade. Their high grade zone runs at 0.19%MO

and should last 6-8 years depending on production levels. Very few on this list have higher grade cores. Certainly

none of thoses below RCH have high grade cores worth a mention.

Remember my previous statement that RIO reckoned the deposit (back in 1982) is closer to 200Mt in size at the same grade.

    So where from here?

Its only a matter of time before Nippon Steel or Mitsui or the like out of Japan or similar company out of South Korea do a deal

with RCH. Moly is now a strategic mineral and the major supplier to Korea and Japan, China has imposed export tarriffs of 15%

plus a directive to restrict its export. China is in the process of building its navel capacity and along with construction activity

needs more of its own Moly supplies.

The worlds biggest steel mill has just done a deal with a US primary producer and a South Korean

    steel mill has as well.

There a 2 would be producers with large projects in our Region. Moly Metals and RCH. Expect Moly Metals to do a deal shortly.

RCH with double the average grade of Moly Metals and 3 times if you use its high grade zone is a highly attractive target.

$18 Billion worth metal with Japan and Korea just around the corner.
