If you're any sort of reputable telco and you'd been previously dealing with TV2U and it went the way of the dodo, would you immediately want to strike up another relationship with the same guy? Hardly bodes well for any tech/OTT solution you're hoping to implement if the business can't even stay open.

I honestly think Nick would struggle to gain any further traction than we already have, especially given the number of people/companies he has already pitched to. Technology doesn't remain useful forever, time is eroding any competitive advantage TV2U, Nick and the company have in this space.
