    Based on LST at 1.55 and IRN at 72c, the spread is 16.1% at the lower offer (i.e. you can earn 16.1% in 3 months, or about 62% pa by going long LST and short IRN).

    Is there the potential LST is shopping its 26% stake in IRN, which will lead to a takeover? They potentially would like the cash for Cracow.
