If MFT was a separate Coy, I wonder whether MFS had failed to issue substantial shareholder notices saying they had a 16.9% interest in MFT. There's also the 19 staff there in "managerial" roles.

These relationships between MFT and MFS are incestuous to say the least. And they are not helped by the confusing names used for the Coys, their trusts and funds.
