He was also on the BOD at Admedus, shareholders are angry he sold down his position from Number 2 shareholder to who knows (no longer in the top 20) he had around 10 million shares.
The controversial part of it is, right in the midst of a SPP he resigned as director, and at some point between then and the next Top 20 was released he had started selling down his position.
Would it have made any difference to the outcome of Admedus? I don't think so, but still shitty for all holders and hopefully if anything dodgy was happening ASIC investigate but I'm guessing everything would be above board legally.
