    Hi, I was chatting to a mate about this last night and it dawned on me that after the offtake and MOU announcement yesterday I couldn’t explain to him how anyone other than Shenghe/Chinese could get involved. People are talking about US coming in at 11th hour, but to do what exactly.
    NRO/Sanders this has you written all over it, and I’m sure it would also be beneficial to newer holders or potential holders.
