surely this trust can be run to return 40 - 50 cents in the dollar from the current NTA now that they have breathing space from credit suisse.

i suppose the problem is are the people behind it motivated enough and is there enough latitude in the credit and property markets to trade through this conditions.

saving grace is good tenants and loan customers.
