This was trading at 67c 1 jan, no change in company fundamentals, no liquity issues, ok they cancelled a distribution because a property sale was held up, but surely this is medium risk/ big reward opportunity
property is softening but its not falling off a cliff, and if you dont have to sell higher inflation will support property prices over the medium term
