One would think it would have to be a pretty damn good Scheme of Arrangement (if that is the goal) given that Hancock has already paid 4.2c per share. Anything and everything is possible. Until the offer closes we wont see the strategic review - but our company must start to reveal at the time of both the September Quarterly Report and the Annual General Meeting. It is relevant to note that Hancock became our majority owner on the 3rd of August, 2018. Hancock has already invested a lot of money......I cant see anything but Hancock wanting to maximise their returns. All in my opinion. DYOR
