Hi Ash,
Don't forget that Peter Scott was on the first board of Hadrian back in 2005.
he was there to look after Brickworks back then.
I might add the board back then was very strong, the Chairman was Dale Alcock.
Brickworks have always has been an investor, they have a lot of shares that they purchased at day one in 2005 and then in 2015 got turned into shares in FBR they also will be getting a substantial number of shares when the machine builds its first house, when the machine builds the next 10 houses and there final share allotment will occur when FBR makes $12m.
All the original share holders are in the same boat , the control of the company will rest with these parcels of shares.
in my opinion Peter Scott is a really good person to have on board. I have met him and like his way of doing business.
