The change I most look forward to when I buy my first bev will be the absense of regular servicing. To not be held to ransom by those thieving parasites in the service department behind every dealership, the whole service to warranty relationship, the endless problems they find and the outrageous prices they quote to fix them, wont miss it one bit. Just the concept of dropping your car in every 15,000 klms building up to the old ( "your timing belt is due for replacement that'll be another 1000 bucks") crap will become a thing of the past. Its more profound than just power source and emissions. Just my opinion of course.
