Holders have to be disappointed with the share price. Given this is a capital growth stock as there are no plans currently for a dividend. Thus its doubly a problem.

The view for me in this stock is a longer term one.

The model of recurring income from developments is an interesting one and is dependant on this pipeline of projects happening and the discovery of new projects. On researching Windlab this was of particular appeal to invest.

Would be interesting to see if some kind of investment vehicle is created to speed up projects. Possibly superannuation and ethical funds wanting infrastructure investments. Looking at some of the listed infrastructure investments they sell at high prices. Does that create an opportunity?

Windlab is not for the impatient but if sucessful it shows promise of being a good bottom of the drawer longer term type holding.

Communications from Windlab seem without hype and overpromised future results. Results are been achieved albeit the company isn’t in the black for the half year. Hare and tortoise situation?

However it will be hard for Windlab to find exposure to most investors who arn’t specifically looking to invest in such a company. I had to search out this type of investment and most that I saw just made no sense to me to put money into.

Windlab is showing good results on projects for all I’m able to find out. If anyone knows otherwise this forum would be eager to know.

Currently I’m in a position to sit on this one for which over time anticipation exists that it will be rewarded. Given the low trading volume does this mean other holders feel the same? Not interested however in buying more until Windlab is able to generate more revenue year on year, be in the black without one offs and show potential for above broad market returns. Yeah I want a fair bit.
