Interesting timing..A few scenarios here. What came first the chicken or the egg.
1. Wonder if BM had word of the CR and thought stuff this dilution we try and buy this out.
Or 2. did the CR come as a result of the BM bid to ward it off by enlarging the share base.
Or 3. Pos tapped BM on the shoulder "hey bro, pwetty pwease make us a bid to boost the SP so as we can do a CR at a higher price than current SP to a. reduce dilution and b. get more cash.
Mr Market has been told and thinks it is number 2, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's 1 or 3!
