Well if a stock is being "capped" its true worth won't be realised as it creates "negativity and uncertainity". Investors will be less willing to buy the stock as its perceived that something is wrong with the stock as its remaining at such low levels, or they beleive their money is best elsewhere because it will actually move up. GBG is almost stagnent.

I hope we penetrate 80 cents today and hold. However the DOW lost a 100 last night - "AHHHH THE SKY IS FALLING SELL SELL".
