Hell, if we have pre-emptive rights on these leases, we should raise the $100M to buy the 80% of it and on-sell it to somebody else.
There is no way Dorado with 171 M barrels of oil is worth only USD $100M (that is less $1 per barrel). And that does not include the gases and condensate.
