I agree that utilisation of cash going forward is going to be the interesting piece to watch..

My takeaway is the same reason I bought in last month, solid and consistent earnings, excellent yield at today's prices, motza yield when they up the divvy next year.. if the market wakes up to PE in between... money for jam!
