HTW is smaller bu the spin rate is higher and therefor the damage to blood is somewhat higher than VCR's.

The point ppl don't seem to realize is VCR's lead, clinically in terms of results, acceptance in terms of numbers of facilities trained up to implant the device and from a red tape point of view.

VCR shares must be something of a bargain at these prices with the FDA approval looming in a year or two. Tough call, but if you have deep pockets and can wait, it might be quite worthwhile.

BTW, Cochlear have basically one product and they do just fine.
