So am i reading this correctly?
So the 60 day time frames for milestone payments dont kick in until the PFS is done, and a decision to mine are announced. Total of $1.3m cash. Plus the $500k upfront. Then 62.5m shares in 6months.
So are there no timeframes in which the PFS and decision to mine are bound.?
